Her mother, Swarna Latha, is a doctor by profession. SreeLeela has two brothers named Sreekar and Sree Deep. The family follows the Hindu religion.

Since childhood, Sree Leela has always dreamed of becoming a doctor, and she is currently pursuing her MBBS degree alongside her acting career.
